Opportunity for an OB/GYN physician to join Layton Parkway Women's Health, in Layton, Utah. We are a team of five physicians and five certified nurse midwives, working together in a collaborative, busy, progressive practice. Get to know us here.
Typical weekly schedule anticipated to be 3 days in clinic, 1 in OR.
Call is taken restricted in-house and shared with the group, with an annual expectation of 40 24-hour shifts (~3.3 per month). We sign patients out to one another, allowing for true work-life balance.
Da Vinci Robot available on site
Located on campus of Layton Hospital, our facility was newly built in late 2018, with a state-of-the-art labor & delivery unit, averaging just under 150 deliveries per month. Level II NICU on site, we also have MFM support available via telehealth 24/7. Our hospital stays up to date on the latest best practices and trends in obstetrics and gynecology.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency
Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification
